Payment : Payment must be made within 48 hours of the invoice being sent. Preferably payment will be made in one go, but if needed it can be split up in half for when first ordering the commission and when initial sketch has been approved. Paypal invoice is the preferred payment method, but if you are a Canadian citizen the payment can be made via E-Transfer if that works better for you.

Refund Policy : If there is need for a refund please contact me privately to discuss. There will be no refund available once the piece is completed in full.

Complexity : Depending on the complexity of the character design the price may be increased to accommodate for such. Backgrounds have their own fee which will be listed. Simple/no background are completely free.

Additional Fees : In the case of additional characters/props/etc. there will be a fee for each. Fees will vary depending on complexity of what is needed. Additional characters if at a simple complexity level will be half the base cost for a singular character piece. This will be discussed privately.

Edits : Edits will be available via the sketch phase. If you require a change in design or pose please let me know before I can proceed.

Time : Time for each piece can vary and be aware outside circumstances can effect time, but any and all information will be kept up to date. If you require a strict/specific deadline for a piece please include that information with your commission request. I will do my best to deliver within the deadline.

Finished Pieces : Once complete I will e-mail you the completed piece which you can do as is simply make certain to credit me if you share it anywhere. I will as well post the completed piece on my Twitter account. If you do not wish for me to do so please let me know.

Art Usage : I retain the right as the artist to use these pieces as samples, portfolio pieces, etc. If you require the commercial rights toward a commission please note there will be an additional fee required to be paid. Make note of this when requesting the commission.

I retain the right to decline a commission if need be.

Commissions are not first come, first serve.

If you require a specific deadline please do ensure to include that upon your request.

If you request anything sexual/NSFW you must be 18+ or I will decline.

I will under no circumstances create any artwork commissioned with the intentions of being used as NFTs. If you come to me with this in mind I retain the right to decline.

I vehemently refuse the use of my artwork in the use of AI generation of any kind and if it is found out you are utilizing my works for such means your commission will be cancelled immediately and you will be barred from being able to commission again.

I am an individual working with poor health that may cause delays. I will always make certain to update you if the need arises.
